I was unable to find WDW tickets on the Hotwire site. So I sent an email to customer service. Attached is the response that I received.

Thank you for contacting Hotwire regarding Disney park passes.

At this time we do not offer amusement park passes. Please continue to check our site as we are always researching different products and features and plan to continually expand our services.

We look forward to becoming the Web site for all of your travel planning needs. Our customers are very important to us and we want to make sure that, when the time comes, we are able to offer you the highest quality services available.

If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to reply to this email or contact us directly at 1-866-HOTWIRE (468-9473). Thank you for visiting Hotwire.

Sincerely,

MESSAGE: I was under the impression that I could buy admission tickets to Walt Disney World at Hotwire.com. I am unable to locate any tickets. What am I doing wrong that I can't find them?

TallyLassie - Thank you!

Now why didn't the silly twit that responded to my email tell me. ARGH! I guess this just one more example of why the DIS exists...

Did you look on Hotwire.com or Hotwiresavingsclub.com. They are two different sites. The second one is what you want to check out if it isnt.

Also, be aware that you can't see anything on the Hotwire Savings Club website unless you join. If you want a list of ticket prices, you should be able to search for it on the boards.

I had also called them to find out about the vouchers and tickets and the mental giant I spoke with told me I had to order something from hotwire like a vacation and then I would get a pop-up offering me the Hotwire savings club. Well that just isnt so. I simply typed in Hotwire savings club in my search bar and got a link and joined from there. Ive already recieved my 4 breakfast vouchers, 4 Q&C vouchers and just now placed an order for 4 more Q&C. They came via DSL delivery and in a matter of 3 days. :)

Hotwire should keep their customer service reps more informed.

Just like Tinkerpixie stated, I originally called Hotwire as well and was told by a twit that in order to join the SavingsClub I would have to place an order on Hotwire (room, airflight, vacation package). Ha, ha. I then typed in Hotwire Savings Club and got a different sight, signed up and one week ago got my WDW tickets after being in the club for 3 days. I ordered a number of other items as well and all were shipped together. Can't complain about the using their internet site for orders.
