Why don't they give you the time of the flight until after you book? I know there are several flights leaving within the 3 hour timeframe they have, but I want a certain flight. Anyway around this?

Why don't they give you the time of the flight? Well that would defeat the purpose of the service they offer. Both Hotwire and Priceline are able to get decent pricing because they are buying the leftovers. You may luck out, you may not, but that's the chance you take. Especially if the price is good enough.

No way around it that I know.

Good Luck!

I've found Orbitz to be cheaper than Hot Wire the last two times I flew plus you can choose your flight times. My sister and mother use them all the time and have never had any problem.
