For 3.5 you will surely get a great hotel, I am sure. My experience with 3.5 Hotels, even some 3.0 is that some additional charges might apply, such as parking, internet, and in this case probably a resort fee.
If you're sure you are not cancelling, you can do it now. If not, you can make it closer to the date. Offers like those are always available in Hotwire.
Yesterday I found this website www.betterbidding.com where you can post the star rating, area, your travel date and complete ammenities listed on Hotwire and they will give you their "best guess".

It looks like the one at Celebration is the Raddison and we have stayed there before, it's nice.
, It always goes down & the inventory opens up the closer you get. I usually book a week to two out. Sometimes within a few days.....
