Hotter here in Maine than in Florida today??

The recent heat wave that we are currently "enjoying" was said to have been hotter here today than it was in Miami. What crazy weather that we all have been having this year. And to top it off we will have some of the remnants of the hurricane that is now heading toward the east coast. We could definitely use the rain and do hope that we don't lose power! Hope everyone stays safe!

My dad's in York Beach till Friday. He hates the heat, won't come to Florida to visit us cause it's to hot. The heat in Maine is killing him, LOL. Hope the storm doesn't cause to much trouble for everyone up there.

According to weather.com, at 9pm, it's currently 81 in Orlando.

It's 85 here in southern NH.

I'm in Maryland and it's hotter here too. People ask me why we go to Florida in August. I tell them it's no hotter, no more humid, then Maryland. Sometimes it's also cooler.
