Hotmail Problems

Is anyone having problems accessing their hotmail accounts? I am soooooooooooo frustrated. For more than 24 hours, I cannot get into my account. I can get to a sign in page and enter my password, etc. but that's as far as I can get each time. I've tried over and over again. It begins to process and then comes up page not found. Again one else having problems???? Arggghhhhhhh.............
