Does anyone think DCL will have Halloween themed stateroom decor packages this year?

Almost certainly, if they sail. Production time on that stuff is such they have the items intended for 2020 in storage.

If they had it before the pandemic, they will certainly have it afterwards. Suspect they are smart enough to never put a year on it.
