Hotels with 2 bedrooms?

Hi everyone,

We're looking into the possibility of a last minute trip to see Mickey and my Mum mentioned she thought she'd once seen a hotel that did rooms with 2 bedrooms (she thought it was the Magic Circus but I've done a google search and can't seem to find anything out).

It would probably be a trip for 3 adults this time as I'm no longer with my partner (he did his best to spoil my trip to the magic last year anyway :sad2: ) and although we can find rooms with 2 double beds, this isn't really any use for us. On the other hand, it seems very expensive to have a room with only one person in it.

Does anyone know if such a hotel exists? :confused3

Or other suggestions would also be welcome. :goodvibes

Many thanks

Sequoia Lodge has two double beds in a room - we stayied there in 2007, the room was not too big but the bed were :goodvibes

Hotel Cheyenne has a double bed (not too big - my partner is pretty big and i could just have a third of the bed :rotfl:) and bunk beds.

Dream Castle should be similar (double + bunk if you have a family room).

I don't know about the other hotels sorry :confused3 but suppose most of them have a family room if you ask :goodvibes

I don't think there are any hotels that have 2 bedrooms. The only way you'd get this is to book 2 rooms, with connecting door (which is never guaranteed).

The on-site, and off-site hotels mostly have 2 double beds as standard configuration.

The Cheyenne had a double and bunk beds. I think the Magic Circus and Dream Castle also have this too.

The Explorers might be a better option for you. I think their standard room has a double and two singles (that would give you 3 separate beds). You can also add on bunk beds, to sleep 6 overall.

Yes, the Explorers cabin rooms effectively have two bedrooms (1 containing 2 double beds, and the other containing a bunk bed).

Alternatively, if you're driving, the Davy Crockett Ranch cabins have seperate bed rooms.

I'm not 100% sure but I think with the Magic Circus you just ask for interconnecting rooms so it's not necessarily any cheaper than just booking 2 rooms there.

The Kyriad gives the option of a double and two singles (or even 4 singles but 2 of these could be bunks, not sure on this).

The Explorers has one double and two singles as standard or you can opt for a crew room which has the same plus another bedroom with bunk beds coming off the main room. My DD slept on the bottom bunk when she was 16 and found it fine.

Or you can go a bit further afield and look at the Marriott, or the Adagio and Hotel l'Elysee in Val d'Europe. They all give the option of more than one room.

Hi everyone, thanks for all your helpful responses.

Possibly not the news I was hoping for but a lot of different places to consider so thanks :goodvibes

We'd probably be taking the Eurostar so unfortunately, the Davy Crockett ranch wouldn't be suitable (which is a shame as having 2 berooms would be ideal!)

I found a few private apartments which say they're 5 minutes from Disney, overlooking the Disney lake. Is this likely to be 5 mins by car or would it be walkable?

whats the name(s) of the apartments you've found Katiesam?

To be honest, I'm not sure anymore - I've looked at so many hotels and apartments in and around the surrounding area!

They were just private apartments as far as I could tell let directly by the owners.

I've since found a few hotels/apartment hotels which are 1 stop on the RER but not having much luck with availability! The Relais Spa Val d'Europe seems to have a Junior Suite which sounds like it could have 2 separate sleeping areas but no availability anyway!

Hotel d'Elysee which I saw mentioned on a previous thread here is also not available.

It's not easy all this trip planning! :rolleyes1

Dream castle suites have 2 separate bedrooms, both with double beds (but with 1 toilet + bathroom). You can book these from their website here and pay on arrival or book advance and pay in full for cheaper deal.

Thanks Happy Days, I'll have a look and see if they've got any available :goodvibes
