hotels w/ kitchenettes

Are there any hotels with kitchenettes in walking distance (perfer Harbor Blvd)? I am helping my boss plan a trip and he needs to have a kitchen for personal reasons.

You can try the The Tropicana Inn & Suites. They do have Kitchenettes.
