Does anyone know if any of the Disney hotels will sleep 5? We are a family of 4 - me, DH, DD 11 and DS 6 - and are thinking of taking DD's friend, 11 also.
We have previously stayed at Cheyenne, Newport Bay and Santa Fe, but if I remember right, they all just sleep 4. Any info greatly appreciated :goodvibes

According to the official site, the Disneyland and Newport hotels both have family rooms.

If you don't mind staying offsite, then the Davy Crockett allows for up to 6 (but needs a car), or the Elysee, Adagio City Apart Hotel and Explorers all do family rooms as well, but you won't get all the Disney perks with those 3.

If you are keen to stay in a Disney hotel might be worth pricing ajoining rooms at Santa Fe/Hotel Cheyenne versus say Newport Bay Club :)

ukstitch - thanks for that, will check them out! Would prefer to stay on Disney, as we don't want to hire a car. The Disney buses make things much easier and convenient!

Just wanted to say at the hotel El'yssee you get all the perks of a Disneyland hotel .... extra magic hours etc, and its just as easy to get to the parks as one of the disney hotels are there are free buses and the train station is across the road (1 stop and takes 2mins to get there). I stayed in 2006 and thought it was great value for money.

Hi

I know the Disneyland does as people have said here - you can actually price it on the Disney site for 5 too so will give you an idea of the cost :)

most / many of the offsite accom have shuttles

and / or easy train access,1 stop away

wouldnt want to stay all in one room anyway ?! with your daughters friend going ?

maybe adjoining rooms or an apartment would suit better?

good luck with finding something

xx
