Hotels Off Park with Late Checkout?

What are the options out there with late checkout? What time is it's late-checkout? Preferably with large rooms, as we are a family of 7 (but I could get 2 rooms maybe). We are looking for a trip in July 2018. AP discounts a bonus too.

Do you have loyalty membership with any hotel chains? Sometimes that can get you a later check out time without a fee as a perk, depending on availability. Depending on how late of a check out time you will need, some hotels will charge you for a half day, but let you stay until later in the afternoon/early evening. Each hotel varies in policy, so you would need to check with the front desk. July is a busy month, so it would depend on how badly the hotel needs your room for the next guest. AP discounts: Candy Cane and HOJO. There may be others.

Homewood Suites-Anaheim Convention Center offered us a 1pm check-out this July, but I think it depends on how full they are. No AP discounts. One of the suites will let you put in a reservation for 3 adults and 4 kids, but I think that is a fluke. There are only beds for 6 and the exact room layout with different perks only sleeps 6.
