Hotels Near Pearson Airport

Just wondering if anyone has a recommended hotel near the TO airport. We are overnighting on our way back from Disney. Which really sucks - would much rather come straight home but that's all you can do!! Any input would be appreciated.

Every hotel chain is represented just outside the airport.

There's a Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Select, Doubletree, Quality Suites, a Sheraton in the Airport (Term3), Hampton, Wyndham bristol, Travelodge. Most offer shuttle service pick up on the arrivals level of the airport.

I prefer the Hilton (love those Hhonours point and free nights!)
They have a nice restaurant in the hotel-but there is also a Keg right across the street.

We got the hotel in the airport on hotwire for $55/night for Feb.

Damo. I've been looking at the Hotwire site before and am hoping to grab the Sheraton in terminal 3 for a flight in January. That is the site where you don't actually find out which hotel you have bought until you commit with your credit card isn't it?

Can you tell me roughly how they describe the Sheraton so that I might have a good idea of getting that hotel before I commit with my credit card.

We always stay out at the airport for a few nights prior to leaving. We prefer the Renissance or the Marriott. The Holiday Inn Express was quite nice, though we have never stayed there.

If you go to www.betterbidding.com they will tell you the amenities for many of the hotels to help you identify.

In the customer comments, someone had actually written that the hotel was right in the airport, so that really clinched it for us. "Excellent...hotel was great and right at the airport. We were able to go back to our room after checking in."

There seem to be only two 4* hotels listed for the airport area. The other one usually says that there is tennis and golf nearby as an amenity. It doesn't have spa either. That is the one you DON'T want.

I can't guarantee that another hotel doesn't have the same amenities but it worked for us!

Residence Inn is minutes away by complimentary shuttle

My family spent 3 nights here for a local event and loved, loved, loved this hotel. We asked for a room with a view of aircraft coming in too land and it kept the kids and adults entertained. One day the planes used that direction for taking off...its very addictive to watch.

Yes Damo, you are right. I looked at the customer comments and noticed the "right at the airport" one. I also don't think that many (if any at all) other airport hotels have a spa. I think that the 4 star hotel listed for my date of January 8th has to be the Sheraton.

What about parking for a week? Is it extra?

We aren't leaving the car there so I'm not sure. I'm not certain that it is clear on the website either. Perhaps you'll need to give them a call.
