Hotels near cafe TuTu Tango

Anyone have suggestions for an inexpensive ($100 or less) hotel within walking distance of Cafe TuTu Tango - 8625 I Drive? we used to stay at the Castle on arrival day, but I guess that is being renovated into an expensive 4 star. Thanks

La Quinta is right behind it,Homewood Suites,Hyatt Place,Residence Inn,Hampton Inn,Springhill Suites are all walking distance away.

I will look into all of those. Does anyone have personal experience with those? Recommendations?
