Hotels in San Diego with Day Rate Rooms?

Does anyone have any experience with obtaining a day rate room close to San Diego Airport? We have a late flight out after disembarking.

We've used the Holiday Inn Express 3 times and they have a free shuttle to the airport.

Hi, we just just used Resort Pass to book the Orlando Airport Hyatt for the day after we got off our cruise. We'll use Resort Pass on our next trip. Everything worked great.
