hotels in LA Hollywood area.

We are planning a trip in Oct. for Disneyland were staying at the super 8 and Disneyland hotel in Anaheim, After that we have 3 nights in hollywood and do not know where to stay. We found a B&B that may work for $105 a night but other than that all the reviews I have read of chain hotels were horrible. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Heidi

Lollipop's Mom stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood - it's right next to the Mann's Chinese theater & she had a very positive experience there.

You might try to get good rates via Expedia, etc.
