Hi All~

Going to a Bon Jovi concert in May and looking for a good hotel in Hershey. Not really interested in the Hershey Lodge or Hotel since it is just for one night and really just to avoid driving back to Jersey after the show. A lot of different places came up when I searched so I am hoping someone here on the DIS can give a recommendation.

THANKS!! : )

We have stayed at the Days Inn in Hershey. It is much closer than some of the other locations and it was reasonable, clean and fairly quiet. We have stayed there two times when we have gone for events at Hershey and like it better than the Hampton Inn and some of the others closer to the Interstate. Hope this helps!

we go to hersehy a few times a year. we prefer to stay at one of the Country Inn and Suites. they are all clean and well maintained and there are 2 or 3 within 10-15 mins of the stadium.

We went last summer and stayed at Comfort Suites which was very nice. It was basic, but clean and offered free continental breakfast. I think it was $99/night. We are booked at Quality Inn in 2 weeks for a weekend for a cheerleading competition. From the pictures it looks OK too. That one was $108/night and I thought that was high since it's off season and the park isn't even open, but the school picked the hotel. I can post back to say how it was if that's not too late.

We stayed in one - 7 minutes from the park, less expensive than others hotels I priced out, indoor pool and free breakfast, very clean.

I would recommend Springhill Suites...literally right down the road from the arena, clean, reasonable and includes the breakfast...

Have fun!

This is a cute town, But we were surprised at how few places toeat there are there.:confused3

I've stayed at the Days Inn Hershey and thought it was fine. Clean rooms and close drive (5-8 minutes) to the arena. They also have the free breakfast.

Priceline........although you cannot pick hotel, you can pick star rating. I just bid, this morning, on a 4 star in AC for one night (same reason as you, except we are going to Nickelback). Bid $85.00 and got it!!

A real bargin is the Econo lodge at I-81 and I think it is 723 that leaves Hershey 5 miles to Grantville exit of I 81. With AAA rate this time of the year it is about $55. The comfort Inn, I think it is near Lucy's is another really super nice place off season affordable.

holiday inn grantville is a pretty decent place to stay. close to the new casino.
