Can anyone reassure me (or not) about hotelkingdom.com? They seem to have some great deals, but the website isn't very professional looking and I'm kind of wary... what are your experiences with them?

Thanks :D

We'll see how things turn out since I have my ressies booked with them for a trip in Oct. I did have several questions about the resort and ended up calling them. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I did book thru them, recieved my hotel confirmations and printed everything out just in case. I did call my hotel to confirm my reservation had been made, along with receiving my deposit on my credit card. Everything was fine, along with my cc charge on my bank statement.

I have read good reviews that several others have used HotelKingdom and that made my decision to go with them since their rates are very good.

They do have certain restrictions/changes/cancellations for each hotel so be sure to read their policies before you book.

If the search is up, you can do a search on HotelKingdom. I'm sure you will get alot of posts, it's pretty popular on the Orlando hotels section.

Happy trails!

I have used them before with no problems as well as my neighbor. We have booked through them for our December trip as well.

used them twice and did not have any problems.

I have easily found websites with lower prices and have submitted them under their 'champion' program and have gotten $10 credit on my next stay for doing so.

I would not hesitate to use them again

I have used them and had no problems. I prefer to call them rather than book on the website. I don't know why, it's just more reassuring to me.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

I just used them in August for 2 nights at Wyndham Palms Resort. Got a great rate and didn't have any problems.

Regarding the champion rate thing, I thought I read that they matched the price and got $10 off that ressie. I want to make the ressie since I found a cheaper rate, but can I do that before I get a confirmation number. Do I just get the $10 off or the matched rate and the $10. I just tried to call them and they are closed.

I am sorry if this sounds a little confusing, but I am confused myself and don't know how to explain it LOL!

this is what it says

Here are the Rules: If you find a case of underbidding for a hotel offered under our Traditional Program and you are the First Rate Champion to report it, you will be rewarded generously! HotelKingdom.com will not only match the lower rate found, but also reduce your room rent for your existing reservation through HotelKingdom.com by $10.00! If you don't have an existing reservation with HotelKingdom.com, you will receive an authorization number, which will entitle you to a discount of $10.00 the next time you book with us! (See conditions below)

I guess I had not done the price match because I STILL have not decided where I am staying!

Looking at the Wydham Palms Golf resort right now...
or maybe a night at the beach..

I have booked thru them with no problem and prefer to make ressies on the phone then on the website also.

Well, since nobody's posted to say that the webmaster stole their credit card info and went to Bora Bora for a month, I feel better now. :p Thanks everyone!
