Just home from picking up our tickets/paperwork at the travel agent, in previous years our villa has been allocated through ' contempo' villa management but this time our paperwork says to collect keys from 'hotlebeds homes welcome centre' on the 192... has anyone any experience in using them and where were your villas allocated?
