Hotel suggestions, please!

We are looking to stay offsite in November. My requirements are something super clean, free breakfast, shuttle stop that doesn't make a million other stops on that route (would prefer shuttle stop right outside the hotel if not a dedicated route), free or low cost parking, relatively close to the parks. Does a hotel like this exist??? We generally like to stay at Hyatt/Hilton/Marriott hotels, but I'm willing to expand my horizons. Family of 4 with kids who like to go hard all day and not spend forever walking back to the hotel.

Does it have to be an actual hotel, or can it be more motel-ish? I ask because I know that BWPPI and Candy Cane Inn are very popular on this board -- I think they each have a free breakfast, and CCI has a shuttle. BWPPI is walkable.

Forgive my ignorance. What's BWPPI? I do prefer extra clean and comfy beds if that matters.

Best Western Park Place Inn.

You might like the Candy Cane Inn -- I almost never read anything negative about it.

I have never stayed at BWPPI so no comments there. I have stayed many times and have become loyal to Candy Cane Inn. Everything about the hotel is awesome except lol sometimes the higher prices. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Their dedicated shuttle which for me is a must is always on time both to and from Disneyland. Drivers are courteous. I have never stayed in a fancier room than standard. To me the beds are awesome, super soft and comfortable. I also love their showers. The rooms I have stayed in have always been spotless. This is a completely smoke free property which I a huge draw to me as well. CCI, also after your stay will give you a coupon for $10 off a future stay (within a year from checkout) per night. +1 for the CCI! It fits all the OP's requirements. Customer service is terrific. The premium rooms are a nice perk if the budget allows.

Did you take a peek at Tom Bell's blog (linked above)? I think he has photos of some of the breakfast items, if I recall correctly.

We stick with the Hilton line when traveling so that's all I have info on. Last Oct we stayed at DoubleTree Suites and have zero complaints. ART stops right outside and there are a couple different routes that make the stop there, it then goes further down the street for another stop before making a u-turn to head towards DL making a couple other stops (depending on which bus route you got on). Most times we would cross the street to get on and had better luck catching various bus route numbers. Also the Toy Story lot is close and you can walk there to get on the bus to DL (we never tried this though). Most days we walked to DL (about 1 mile) and rode ART back at night. No free breakfast and parking is $16. Room does have a fridge and microwave. We walked to am/pm for some breakfast items and drinks, my family isn't real big breakfast eaters so that was sufficient.

In a couple weeks we will be staying at Embassy Suites S. They have a shuttle, not ART, cost is $5 per adult and $2 per child per day. They run on a set schedule, every 30 min, so I imagine there can't be too many stops along the way. Free cooked to order breakfast, parking is $16, and not walking distance. There is also an early evening appetizer and beverage thing so if you go back for a late afternoon break you can take advantage of that.

There's a new Homewood Suites with a waterpark opening in Sept. It's less than 1 mile away, has free breakfast, and parking is $16. If this was open already we would likely be staying there but we'll have to wait until next year!

The Candy Cane is a good option and has all of your requirements. Their breakfast is more the continental type.
We recently stayed at the Park Vue Inn. It is right across the street from the main pedestrian crosswalk (you can't get any closer unless you stayed at the GCH), recently remodeled, free parking and breakfast where you can make your own waffles and they also have hot items each day as well (eggs and bacon, sausage and biscuits).
