Hello, it's me again... I"m just chock full of questions lately... I think it' s because my engagement party is in 5 days and we are going to let everyone know the wedding will be at Disney...I've read that some of you are taking care of your guests reservations... what exactly are you doing regarding that? We are not planning on paying for our guests rooms... but my father-in-law is a cast member and from what I've read on this board he can get 50% off hotel rooms, which would be GREAT!!! and give several guests the incentive to come down. Even with his discount, that still counts towards the room night min, right?
How are you guys setting up the rooms for your guests? Do you set up the res with your CC and then when they go they just charge it? How does it work with a cast member getting the discount? Does he have to be there for everyone to check in? If that's the case, it might be a bit much for lots of people to take advantage of?
Sorry this is so long, I just know people will be asking me these types of questions this weekend... Thanks for all your help so far! I am soooooooooo appreciative of it!!!

Thank you... I know it's all going to go by quickly, especially when we actually reserve our date with DFTW. I am not a patient woman so waiting until Sept. 23 of this year to reserve our date and start the planning sessions is driving me nuts!! But I'll survive... at least I get to see my fiance this week... he's coming home for the party...
