hotel reservations not online

When I first reserved my hotel room on property a few weeks ago, I was perplexed as to why I couldn't view it online. I had called back several times and the CM's were always perplexed too.

I called again last night and the CM told me that only packages could be viewed online. That explains it!

I'm waiting to see if the free dining plan comes out before I order tickets and the dining plan. I figure the hard part is getting the room.

I just booked a hotel online and I am able to see it.
