I have a question about making payment to our hotel reservation.

I made our reservations (we have two reservations for split stay) April 10th for our trip in December and payed the one night down payment on each reservation.

Now will Disney send me a monthly bill or will I just have to keep up with the payments myself?

Also I logged in on Disney.com and they listed my final payments due in October. Is this correct? How many days before our December 11th arrival is final payment supposed to be due?

If you have room only reservation booked through CRO thedeposit for each room is all thats required until check in. If you have a package, then you can make payments if you want or pay the balance by the due date which should be 45 days prior to arrival.

If you have a package (this is tickets and hotel) you have to pay the total amount due 45 days before arrival. If you have a room-only reservation the final payment is due upon check-in. The computer always puts the payment information based on a package (even if you don't have one), so if you have the room-only it is due on check-in. I've called several times about this because our written confirmation always stated that the amount due was 45 days even though we had room-only and I was told by more than 1 CM that this always happens and to ignore it.

On the payments, they will NOT send you a bill monthly, you have to do it yourself if you want, its not required but a personal preference. Some people like to pay on a weekly, semi-weekly or monthly basis, its totally left up to personal choice. You have to send it to a specific address and always include your reservation (confirmation) number on the check. I don't know the address but if you call CRO they will gladly supply it and they will run through the whole procedure. Good luck and have two wonderful trips! HTH :cool1:
