Hotel Recommendations Georgia - Savannah/richmond Hill

Hi!

We will be driving from NJ this August and we usually stop overnight in Santee SC. This year we are going to try to travel as far as Savannah Exit 94 or Richmond Hill Exit 87. Can someone please suggest a hotel in either of these areas for me, DH, DD 13, DS 10.

We are traveling from PA later this month and we will be stopping in the Marriot Fairfield Inn-Savannah, GA on the way down. I found a code to use when we made the reservation on their website which is "M11". $59 for the night for 2 adults and 2 kids. I believe you have to be a marriot rewards member to get that rate. Hello O'BWV! We drove from central Jersey last fall. Left at 5:15 in the AM on a Friday, used 301 to bypass beltway, got to Richmond Hill by 6 PM. We made plenty of rest stops. We stayed at Hampton Inn--it is a left off the exit ramp, maybe a quarter of a mile down the road on the left. Brand new building, interior corridors, fridge and micro in the room, good free breakfast, easy to get back on 95. $69 per night, I think. Lots of services close by.
