Planning a trip to Disneyland next summer 2018. Looking for hotel recommendations near Disneyland Park, prefer something off Harbor Blvd less than 2 miles...TIA
$150 or less... is that doable?Doubletree Orange is very nice. Doubletree Anaheim is very nice. Embassy Suites South. Without knowing your price range, it is hard to figure out what you would like. Hyatt House and Hyatt Hotel are great.
Not at the one at ones I recommended. The HomeWood suites is $220 for their 1 bedroom suite. There are 5 real beds. Plus couch$150 or less... is that doable?

We have stayed exclusively at the GCH for the last 4 to 5 years on our DL trips so not too sure about what is out there. We are doing our 2nd DL trip of the year Thanksgiving weekend and couldn't swing the GCH twice (our summer trip was 7 days and this trip is 4), we looked outside of the resort and we are going with Park Vue. Fingers crossed it will be okay. We read through some reviews and it seems to score pretty well.
We’ve been alternating between Park Vue and DLH. You’ll definitely notice a difference staying offsite but Park Vue is super close and really, if you spend all day and most of the evening in the parks, it’s just a place to sleep. I do miss EMH staying onsite but the walk from Park Vue is much closer than DLH so that was a plus too. Also, staying offsite and not using a pool during cooler months makes it OK too![]()
We did a split stay at Park Vue Inn then moving to Disneyland Hotel one year and then we stayed at Park Vue again after that. We really like Park Vue Inn! No it is not a disneyland resort, but it was very nicely decorated, we had a suite with a large bedroom, kitchen and living room. We prefer up on the second floor, (no elevator) I am a light sleeper, don't like hearing people walk around above me. We were even able to watch the fireworks right out our "livingroom" window! we were on the same side as the breakfast room, which is also up on the second floor. I hope it is still as nice for you, as our last stay there, 2 years ago. Oh one other thing, the walk out of the hotel is just as close to the gate as it was when we walked from Disneyland hotel! ask to be put towards the front of the hotelTrue! I think it will be okay ... it just feels SO weird not staying on property! It will be so strange not being able to walk out of the hotel and straight into DCA or taking advantage of the EMH. We will be back at the GCH this summer so that will be good. Just want to make sure the Park Vue is a good second choiceFrom what I see, it seems to get a lot of positive reviews which is good. It is going to be so weird heading in the direction of harbor vs heading towards DTD when heading home for the night!
