I received this recommendation from a friend at work:

Here is the link for the hotel. The best room is 238.
If the specials they offer arent what you want book through hotels.com via a phone call The rate is or was 92.00 CDN.

We went with the Sleep Inn right next to the airport on our recent trip, based on reviews on here. It was nice, cheap, nothing to write home about, but the bed was comfy, huge shower and breakfast starts at 4:30 with make-your-own waffles (yum) which is nice if you have an early flight.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn last week. I looked around and couldn't find any hotel offering anything better than the $109 park & fly rate they had. The continental breakfast was good with cereal, bagels, waffles to choose from.

The room was clean altho it was a little on the small side. I found the beds to be a little too hard, but no one else in our group had any complaints so it's probably just me.

For that rate, proximity, shuttle service and VERY friendly staff I have no hestitation recommending the Sleep Inn.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites on Dick Rd. twice.
We paid about $119 (I think) each time.

The room is very large and sleeps 6 ( 2 double beds plus pull out sofa). There is also a small fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel has a nice hot tub as well as pool. The included breakfast starts at around 4 am and offers both hot and cold food selections.
The shuttle was very prompt and the staff very pleasant.
There is also free internet (one computer only plus printer) in the lobby.

The only negative was that the room lighting was a little dim and I swear someone had a dog in close by room last year that whinned/barked most of the night!!!!!

I'm heading to Buffalo tomorrow and staying at the AdamsMark Hotel. It looks nice. I'll be there until Sunday... but no computer with me to post a quick review.

Holiday Inn Express all the way ... new hotel, service was great, they even let me into their Kitchen to Grab some Milk and cereal for the kids at night. :thumbsup2

Another vote here for the Sleep Inn. We stayed there in Sept and had a 6:30am flight, so they were taking us over to the airport for 4:30. Breakfast was out just after 4:00am, so we had a chance to eat quick before our flilght.

I found the room to be quite spacious and that was with me, dh and 4 dks.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn right next to the Galleria Mall and accross from the olive garden (very convient). They are advertising a girls shopping rate of $109 a night right now. It was clean attractive and up to date However it was booked when I wanted to go last weekend so I stayed at the the Quality Inn in Niagara Falls for $72 a night. It was close to the outlet malls but really needs to be updated and cleaned.

Stayed at the Clarion, around the corner from the Airport, 5 minute free shuttle ride. They were $69 aprn-n-Flyall. A little cheaper but very clean with a pool, free breakfast and shuttle. Would stay there agian.

So why is room 238 the best? I will be staying there on December for one night.

Sorry for the delay in repsonding...just came home from work.

Room 238 from my understanding had the best location. My small disclaimer....I have never stayed at this hotel, but my friend raves about it! She mentioned that the service was wonderful, the rooms were clean and that they found the location close to everything. I believe her price also included a gift card to be used at the nearby malls.

Hope that helps,
Vivian
