Hotel Questions Lake City/Ocala

1) which search site is the best on deals...I used to use hotelkingdom, buthave not used that in years.

2) looking for a cheap, but nice place to stay in either Lake City or Ocala

We have stayed at Fairfield Inn in Lake City and were very happy. In fact we are staying there again in April Directly through their website the rate is 99.00 per night. That includes a pretty good breakfast in the morning.

We stayed at the newly remodeled Holiday Inn in Ocala in June 2009 and it was sooo nice I sent the manager an email! Good luck.
