Hotel pkg with reliable transfers to/fr MCO/Port Canaveral? Any experiences?

I am looking at hotels in Cocoa Beach for arrival the day before cruise day and see that several offer "fly, snooze, cruise" packages providing transportation from MCO airport to hotel and to airport post cruise. This makes me nervous as I read one review stating they had an exceeding long wait for the ride and was overcrowded in the vehicle.

I was hoping some of you might have had experiences you can share, good or bad, with transfers from/to the airport. Any advice is also welcome!

We used GoportCanaveral for our cruise last year and will be using them again for our next 2 cruises. We stayed in a hotel in Orlando though. If you stay in a hotel in Orlando, you get picked up by the hotel shuttle, you just call when you land and they get you right away, we had about a 10-15 min wait, we were the only ones on the shuttle. If you stay in Cocoa Beach, the shuttles run on a scheduled cycle, so depending when your flight comes in you could have a long wait. If you look at their site it will say what time the shuttles will be at the airport. I don't know how long the shuttle stay each time they are there, they could be there at 1 pm and leave at 1:15 or 1:30, I don't know. If you were to just miss the shuttle by a few mins, then you'd have to wait another 2hrs for the next shuttle. That's why we picked a hotel in Orlando. I called them several times before we used them the first time with questions, and was always happy with their customer service. Last year they used another company for transport to the airport after the cruises, they now own their own transport. I've heard it is very easy to use and that they have reps who will take you to the shuttles when you get off the ship. We were very happy with them and didn't have any problems. If you already have your flights, I'd call and see what time they would be at the airport and see how long they stay.
