I'm sure this topic has been discussed too many times, so forgive me!!!

DH and I were married last Feb. 29th (Leap Day!) and we've decided every Leap Year anniversary we would go "all out." Toying with the idea of either doing a fireworks cruise or the intimate dining at GF. We are most likely doing a split stay at POR and WL. I'd like to have some photos taken before we head out that night, all dolled up...

What are the rules with photographers? Does it need to be a Disney photographer, or can we have an outside photographer do this? I've heard mixed reviews of the Disney photography...
Any recommendations on photographers?

Any photographer can shoot your photos at the resorts. There are many photographers who are popular on this board, and if you do a search you'll get a ton of posts. I used Root Photography for my wedding, three anniversary parties, vow renewal and countless other shoots—I love those guys!

I've heard mixed reviews of Disney's photography as well. So I'm now looking into the budget for hiring an outside photographer.
