Hi

I am finally getting around to staying at the Hotel New York when I go in Nov :cool1: and I was wondering if anyone who has stayed at this hotel can remember any nice rooms with a view and 2 double beds in.

It doesn't matter if its a lake view room or a view of the castle/space mountain but I don't fancy a view of a greenhouse roof if you get my drift!!

Thanks for any suggestions

Ours was very nice and as far as I'm aware this was a standard room, if we opened the window we could hear the music from the ice rink too. Will have to see if I can find our ID to know what room number it was.:)

this was our view in 2010 - the room was miles from reception though - right at the end of gramercy park - can't remember the room number - will have to see if I can find my stuff with it on.

Ooohh they both look like they have lovely views.

Did either of the room have 2 double beds in?

Thanks

Try getting in touch with Ms Poppins (or reading her last TR). She had a nice room last trip - she could even see the castle from her room albeit quite far away.

We had a good view of the castle, space mountain from Room 7201, Midtown. The room does overlook the car park, but there was no noise that I noticed. This view is looking left from the window. Lovely to watch Dreams from here, although it's mostly the fireworks you see, not the actual projections.

Previously, we've also had ground floor rooms with patio doors which open onto garden area overlooking the tennis court and swimming pool. Not a view exactly, but nice to get some air. Although, I see you're going in November so maybe not of any benefit :rotfl:
