Hotel near the park, good coffee, clean room, view

Hi! I'm new to this board, but I think you folks will be able to help me plenty.

I'm seeking a hotel near Disneyland that has the following:

* Clean rooms, need not be too BIG, but clean and good quality.
* Nice view of either Disneyland or a pool/garden area.
* Short driving or walking distance to Disneyland (not necessary to be "walking" close. Driving to the park is ok for us.)
* Good pool. With nice landscaping.
* Good cafe (Starbucks?) that serves GOOD non-drip coffee.
* Doesn't need to be "kid friendly" or "family focused". Business like is ok, since we're all adults on this trip.
