Hotel near Disney for about $50 any suggestions?

My friend who is in her 30s will be renting a car and will be going to Ft. Myers to visit family. She will be staying in Orlando for 3 days and wants to explore WDW. She wants to spend around 50 a night on a room. She can drive to the parks and she doesnt need a pool etc....just a nice clean hotel. Any suggestions. Oh, she is a smoker so she can't have a 100% smoke free hotel. Thanks.
