Hotel near Discovery Cove

Thinking of doing the non-dolphin package the day we get off our Disney cruise and was wondering where is a nice, close hotel to Discovery Cove?

the closest hotel is probably the Renaissance.

the HGVC, a timeshare, is next door.

another timeshare - Marriott's Grande Vista is not too far away.

Sheraton World is there too. It is just on the other side of SeaWorld. You can see Kracken from the tower rooms. There is a pathway from the hotel to SeaWorld.

Also very close are a Hilton Garden Inn and a Residence Inn by Marriott. Also a couple more timeshares: Marriott's Cypress Harbor and Horizon's by Marriott.

I have stayed at the sheraton world resort; it was really nice, we had a tower rooms.

The Peabody is very close also. We just stayed there in July on our last night of our trip. It was very nice, and we got a good price on Priceline. The rooms were very nice also. I loved being able to see "all of Disneyworld" from our room. We watched Illuminations and then Wishes from our room. It was very cool!
