Hotel Minimums

Today I called the FTW for the first time and was so pleased! The man whom I believe must have been the receptionish said an intimate coordinator would be in cotact with me by tomorrow afternoon. Since I will only have 8 guests, does anyone know how many nights I will have to book for those 8 guests? I will have an add-on intimate since we are booked for a land/sea cruise through Disney. Thanks!

The only room nights you will have to guarantee are the 4 that are a part of the intimate add-on requirement. But, also, as such, there are no room rate discounts for intimate weddings.

Do you mean that the only 4 I have to guarantee are the nights we are already scheduled to spend at Disney (the groom and I) or 4 actual rooms for guests, or 4 nights for each guest? It's all so confusing! Lol

Just your room. There are no guest requirements. Only custom wedding have blocks of room and room discounts. Intimates do get a discount on park tickets, but not rooms.
