I had to cancel reservations that we had with Hotelkingdom.com last year and they were very courteous and professional. My deposit was refunded promptly.

We have used them several times before to find the lowest prices and then we go to that hotels site. At there site it is usually cheaper than hotel kingdom--and you have no charge.
