Hotel in Seattle?

My fiancé and I live on Vancouver Island and have discovered that it is much cheaper to fly out of seatac. My question is are there any hotels fairly close to the clipper port that also have an airport shuttle? It doesn't matter if complimentary or not. The clipper gets in quite late and by the time we got checked in to our hotel it would only be a few hours before we'd have to get up again.
