Hi Susie

I cant answer your question, but just to let you know that it is fine that you have posted it here and I am sure somebody will be along soon to help you.

Have you tried the Premier Travel Inns for Travelodge.

Have a great time and come back here to let us know how you get on.

We've stayed at the Jurys Inn in Islington, which slept 3, and was really close to the tube and easy to get to the Zoo etc :sunny:

Have a look on www.laterooms.com before you book as you might be able to save some cash :duck:
you put in your dates, and the number of people, and the site will show you what's available, and any discounts :)
We got Jurys Inn for about half price.

thanks for all replys, not sure where islington is, we wanted somewhere were we could get to all atractions easilly as we only really have two days, and wouldnt want to waste time travelling into london, thanks again susie

You should be fine with Jurys. We had a work do there and the food was very nice. Oxford St is only a couple of minutes away - the road comes out in Oxford St almost next to the Disney Store :rotfl: and opposite Bond St tube. For a lovely traditional afternoon tea try Browns Hotel - cheaper than the Ritz and much more atmospheric.

ETA not so near Buckingham Palace - got 2 hotels mixed up in my tired mind! Sorry. Jury's is very central to things around Oxford St and easy access to the tubes, plus you can still get a red bus along Oxford St to the Strand and Houses of Parliament (no. 3 I think, or No 15)
