Hotel in Florida Mall?

It's been a while since I last posted here and even longer since I visited WDW. We're returning in Easter 2003 for 15 days but are ataying at 2 separate hotels with a one night gap in between. I'm certain that there's a hotel in, or attached to, the Florida Mall. Can anybody tell me the name of it and whether you would recommend a stay.

Also, I've heard that hotels prefer you to book at least a 2 night stay. Is this true?

We're going to use this gap to do shopping and where better to be based than on the doorstep of the Florida Mall?

The hotel at the Florida mall is the Adams mark hotel!

This is the only info I can provide hopefully someone else can help too!!
