Hotel hopping question

I am hoping to rent points for DVC for 3 nights before the 3 nights of the land/sea package with the land at the Poly. Does anyone know how to coordinate your luggage being moved for you so that you can concentrate on the parks and not worry about moving, checking bags before check in, etc.?

Just talk to the front desk and bell services at your first hotel. They will arrange to have all of your stuff moved to the other hotel. You can go off to the parks and enjoy your time there. It will be waiting at your hotel when you get there...

WILL DISNEY HOTELS TRANSFER LUGGAGE BETWEEN THE SWAN/DOLPHIN AND OTHER WDW RESORTS SUCH AS THE POP CENTURY HOTEL IF YOU ARE SPLITTING YOUR STAY BETWEEN THE TWO ???
