Hotel help needed please

Hi
I will be going to Florida for 3 weeks starting 17 Feb 06.
for the week 24 feb to 3 March I will be staying in Disney to get married.
For my first week we have thought about a trip to Busch Gardens and clearwater/st Petes. But as I have never been there before I am not sure of distances between them. We would like a coupke of days at Busch Gardens and want to be fairly close to it, but can anyone recommend a hotel that would be close to BG and the beach?
Having hard time finding something.

I think that is because bursh gardens is not near the beach.

There is a LaQunita & an Embassy Suits that are near BG's for you to stay in, but they aren't near the beach. Unless you want to travel to either one of them, you may have to opt for staying one night near BG & one near the beach. I want to say there may be a 30-40 minute commute from BG to the beach??? BG from Disney is about an hour travel time.

The area around BG is pretty industrial, not much on ambiance. I think it usually takes us about 45 minutes to get to Busch from my mom's condo on Treasure Island. Treasure Island is very nice by the way, but then so is Clearwater beach.

Stay at www.The-Diamond-on-the-Island.com This is a 6 bedroom house less than 3 miles from Disney and about 75 miles from Tampa.
