Hotel Guest + Magic Key reservation

Hello all - question about MK reservations and hotel stay. I had to bump my upcoming trip by a week, and it falls on the block out week before Easter for Enchant Key. If I book an onsite hotel will I be able to make reservations for my arrival night and departure day (only planning to book one night?) or am I still at the mercy of the Magic Key blockout?

If it’s a blockout day, having a hotel reservation won’t get you in. Now, if it’s only sold you, you may be able to get a reservation from the hotel bucket.
