Hi
Any advice on a nice hotel for one night by the orlando airport, we have 5 people but my daughter's only 3 so I'm trying for one room, i tried priceline and they would not accept my bid for 30.00 at orlando airport. I just want a clean hotel with free shuttle service because our flight comes in at 8:00 pm. and i don't want to spend a ton of money anywhere from 30-60.00 would be good. any suggestions would be great. thanks

that will give you an idea of what to bid and possibly which hotel you will get.
betterbidding can help if you find something good on hotwire

For a 3* hotel in the MCO area on Priceline I would start at $36 or $38 and up the bid to $40 and then $42 using free rebid areas. Depending on your dates $38 to 42 seem to work almost all of the time.

All of the 3* hotels in that area that Priceline uses have free airport shuttles 24/7. Lately the Marriott has come up a lot but also the Holiday Inn Select, Renaissance and the Hyatt inside the airport come up. Occasionally the Sheraton Suites and the Crowne Plaza will show up but not too often.

All of them are much nicer than you would expect for that price range and have excellent shuttle service.

The Best Western is a good price, $55.00 before tax. Apparently it is relatively new. The have a free shuttle and a complimentay continental breakfast.

The Amerisuite Orlando Airport NW is excellent. Stayed there last week in 2 rooms for $62 each, with a bountiful continental breakfast buffet and shuttle service (they even took us to TGIFriday's for dinner). Staying there again 9/1. Have also used Hotwire and 3 1/2 stars gotten Sheraton Suites, which also has a shuttle (for around $45-54). No breakfast though. Both hotels were clean and comfortable.

Oops! Forgot to say that each hotel had 2 double beds, and a separate area with a fold out sofa and kitchenette.
