Hotel confirmation letters?

Do the on-site hotels send you a confirmation letter @ home? I have booked a room @ CSR 2/5-2/12/05 for me, DH, DD 5, & DS 2. I bookes this room a couple of months ago & have not heard anything from them. Should I be nervous????

I've received my confirmation from CRO or WDTC if you book thru them. I haven't gotten anything specifically from the resort. Well......a short while after I received the confirmation letter I did receive a vacation planning packet with general information and welcoming us back. The letter did mention that we were staying at CSR.

So, if you haven't received anything at all and you booked thru CRO or WDTC, I would contact them.

Same as the others said- when you book directly with Disney, you should receive a confirmation letter.

If you booked through a travel agent, you *won't* receive anything from Disney.

I would definitely contact them. That happened to us last year when we made two reservations at the same time (one for us and one for my parents who were meeting us there). We received only one confirmation letter for one reservation. When we called to inquire about the second one, we found out that the CM did not apply our deposit to the reservation and it had been cancelled! Not to scare you, but I would definitely call and find out where your letter is.
