Hotel/Condo suggestion for Kissemmee area

A friend of mine is going to Florida for a dance competition in July and needs to find a hotel or condo for 2 adults and 4 children in the Kissemmee area. The competition will be at the Osceola Performing Arts Center. Any suggestions?
