I was wondering if anyone has any discount codes for hotels in general,not Disney. Someone had posted a fantastic deal in December with approx 40% off. We got a great room at our local Embassy Suites for $65/night. Any help would be great.

For hotels I check the Flyertalk forums. Thru the 7th there is a Hilton Deal at 40% off and I think there is a Country Inn and Suites at 35% off. I always start there to see if I can save a little on hotels.

In general, you can usually save 20% off the Best Available Rate any Hilton brand hotel (Hilton, Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites, etc) using the Hilton MVP Rate. The only qualification to use this rate is that you have a valid Hilton Honors number.

Or use the corporate ID through the regular website:

And I'm the one that posted the other Hilton deal...I've been traveling every week for 3 years for work so I stay interested in any travel deals. For my personal travel, I almost always book using the MVP rate.

No code, you just book through the website above. It will take up to 50% off the best available rate for stays through 1/7/13...though some hotels were booked, etc.
