Hotel close to WDW, US and Sw

What area should I concentrate on, to be centrally located to all 3?

Seaworld - it is between WDW and US/IOA.

that say going to all 3 is going to be expensive!!!

Agreeing with spiceycat on both points -- SeaWorld is kind of in between the other two, and it's going to be pricey to do all three in one trip! The way WDW ticket prices work, especially, it's pricier to do it that way.

That said, there are a bunch of hotel choices along Westwood Boulevard and maybe even down International Drive to the south, if you're willing to go as far as Floridays and the Fountains and Sheraton Vistana Villages. North of SeaWorld is where International Drive gets really busy pretty quick; traffic's generally better to the south, in my experience.

Also, if you're going at a busy time you might consider a split stay, since staying onsite at Universal can get you early entrance and a front of the line pass.

I agree,stay at the Renaissance or the Hilton Garden Inn next to Sea World and you can walk over to Sea World and you can take I-4 and be at Disney or Universal in 5-10 minutes.Ground streets can also get you there pretty quickly,especially if you take Central Florida pkwy to Turkey Lake rd/Palm pkwy,it's the same road with two names,go right and it's Turkey lake rd to Universal or go left on Palm pkwy and you'll hit 535 just outside the Hotel Plaza blvd Disney entrance.

We always go to all the different parks each trip. If you can afford it, it is the way to go. It keeps us from getting bored with Disney parks.

A hotel we have stayed in that is half way between Disney and Universal is Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista on Palm parkway. You can get a one bedroom suite that sleeps 6 with a kitchen and free breakfast for around $70 a night if you book online and pre-pay.

They also have a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 8 for around $150 a night.
