I've only just realised that this board exsists, so he might not be there anymore, but in October 2006, the first CM that we met was Alfonso who checked us in at the Hotel Cheyenne. He was absolutley fantastic and after the previous years upset (when our room was broken into at the Santa Fe and the staff didn't seem to care), he really restored all the faith that we had lost in Disneyland. Disneyland Paris need to thank him personally for the fact that we have returned again and again since then.
