Hotel booking questions

Hi

I hope someone can help me. We're going to DLP in September this year and I have been looking at our accommodation options. We want to stay in one of the Disney hotels, but we want to stay for 2 nights, but only access the parks on 1 of the days. Booking through the Disney website doesn't seem to allow that option - it automatically gives you 3 days of park entry. Obviously that makes it a lot more expensive. Is there a way around that?

Also, I have tried booking through other websites but they all have those dates as unavailable, even though the Disney website seems to show them as available. Surely they can't be booked out that far in advance? Or is it that they have not yet released those dates? If that is the case, does anyone know how early you CAN book?

Hi there!

We booked our park tickets and hotel rooms seperately for our recent trip in December. I couldn't book hotel rooms until I THINK late August / September time. DLP don't seem to release hotel rooms to other sites to sell interdependently until closer to the time. So I think it's a case of being patient..... hard I know, as I'm a planner and like to have everything sorted as early as possible!! lol

I suggest just calling DLP and booking directly with them, if you speak to them directly they should be able to adjust the park tickets included. I used to always just call and book direct as I got a travel agents discount (sadly no longer) and they were really helpful.

I think the number you need is, 08448 008 898 - I don't think it's premium rates if you call from a landline.

I would call disney ~ but it may not be much cheaper than the standard price you,re seeing for 2 nights with 3 days park tickets included. When it comes to DLP onsite hotels and its not for trips between november and march, its the room that you,re paying for, the park tickets included are not the big expense.
