Hotel Booking Impatience!

Our cruise is still a little over a year away and I want to book our hotel, but most don't allow bookings for the dates we need next December... If they do, they prices are crazy high! I'm impatient and I want to book now! LOL

Keep watching. I've been watching prices for about a year before our cruise and around 9-10 months in, I found prices for most hotels/rentals that I was happy with. There have been a couple that I've changed just recently (4 months prior to cruise), but the best prices were when things were first offered. Book something, then watch and change when/if you find a better deal. Don't do the 'pay up front', unless you know you're not going to get a better deal.

Good idea! Some hotel chains like Hilton are very close to letting me book my dates, but others like Holiday Inn and Marriott are still only posting dates through November.
