hotel blackout dates?

Do the onsite hotels have blackout dates for APH rate?? How about AAA rate?? If so, when are they typically? (I'm guessing Easter, Christmas.....) Any info would put this in perspective for me.

I don't think that they are blackout days. I think they set aside X number of rooms for APH and AAA and when those used up they would only rent the remaining rooms in that catagory at rack rate. This is just a theory though. I notice that often they will post more expensive rooms like a Kid's Suite at APH rates but no bayview or garden at APH are listed.
