hot wire movie passes

I am thinking of using hot wire for some xmas gift.
do the movie pass have the cost on them?
Will target gift card work for anyone?

I have given the passes as gifts also...no they have no price on them. They do state that they are NOT good for the first 2 weeks of a showing...but I know my kids have used them during those 2 weeks without any problem. Don't know if it's our area or all that this will happen.

The gift cards are just that...whoever has them can use them. Just like the ones you get in the stores.

You can use them within the first two weeks of a showing for only a $1.50 upgrade; it does state that the movie theatre has the discretion to allow the upgrade during the first two weeks but we have never had a problem so my DH and I save up to $6.00 each time we go.

I have been using them at my local AMC theater and they let me accrue points on my rewards card. I got my free moviepass the last time I used my voucher.

The website says you can't use them during the first two weeks, but the actual passes that we got said 1 week. We haven't had any problems at all. The price you paid isn't anywhere on the tickets.

Do they sell just AMC or also Kerasotes? We only have Kerasotes now within 60 miles. Just curious....
