I found a cute misses Lilo & Stitch t-shirt online from Hot Topic that I'd love to get for my next visit to the parks. I'm an adult, so I'm wondering how tight the Hot Topic t-shirts typically run to determine what size to order. Any adult women out there who have worn any of the misses sized Hot Topic Disney themed t-shirts? I'm trying to avoid ordering something that doesn't fit!

At one point they ran really tight, I have a few Disney shirts I got from them years ago in 2XL that were still super small for me. I actually haven't tried them on recently (I've lost about 30-40 lbs since I got them). Thanks for the reminder that I have them! lol

Anyway, they seem to be fitting better. For Christmas by boyfriend got me a long sleeved Little Mermaid shirt in XL and it fits be perfectly. For reference, my size is typically XL/16.

My DD works at Hot Topic and is a size 16 and large chested. She said the Disney tanks are fairly true to size, as they are a bit oversized, and takes an xl. The tshirt are more junior-sized and she buys XXl (2x).

which shirt is it? Their ladies shirts, are actually juniors shirts, and they are VERY small. My dd who is tall and thin barely fits the XL. But when we were in there last weekend, one of the Stitch shirts, the black one, was cut very different and the XXL would have fit me just fine. Normally I cannot buy the t-shirts there for myself, unless I get the unisex/mens cut shirts.

Ohh this is actually really helpful to me as well. Thanks! After I saw this post, I decided to go over to their site and see what new Disney gear they have, and I could easily blow my entire paycheck over there right now! I might order a couple of things tonight, it will be hard narrowing it down though!

It's the black t-shirt with Stitch saying "Hi" on it, so it might be the one that you saw at the store.

With his mouth open? That is the one, and it ran bigger than the other ones. I ended up not buying it, too many college things being bought for dd, but I was soooooooooo tempted!

Yes, that's it! Glad to hear it seems to fit a little larger.

I have that exact Stitch shirt! I love it but it did run a bit small. I am usually between a medium (stores like LL Bean or Banana Republic) or large (stores like Old Navy) for woman's sizes but bought this in a x-large. I didn't want it super tight (like the large) and I probably wouldn't have been able to get on a medium, lol. The XL is not form-fitting and now I can also put it in the dryer. Hope that helps! Most of my stuff from Hot Topic is an XL.

They have such a great selection of Disney stuff at Hot Topic!

Thanks for the tip. I may try to stop by a mall this weekend to see if I can find the shirt and try it on.

This thread really killed me (well, my wallet), after I saw everything they had, I went online when I got home and ended up spending $70! AND I just found out the Hot Topic at my mall recently re-opened, so I'm already planning on going there tomorrow to see what they have in store. I had my eye on a 101 Dalmatians shirt online that they only had in XS Friday and has since sold out. I hope they have it in store (though it's probably doubtful).
